We promote a safety culture in which management exhibits leadership and commitment to safety. This is followed by all employees who assume responsibility for the health and safety of themselves and others. Our safety team is dedicated towards implementing safe and secure work culture in warehouse operations. Health and safety risks associated with operational activity areas are identified, assessed, and managed to acceptable levels. These positions are also controlled by implementing effective risk control within operational processes. Our warehouse and processes are continuously upgraded to improve the safety standard. Necessary training is imparted to employees to enhance their awareness of health and safety related matters. Employees identify potential gaps and propose improvements to safety procedures.

As an organization, we conduct training and awareness campaigns regarding road safety matters and accident prevention. The goal is to drive safely and provide counseling on route risk assessments and road surveillance. Our dedicated team adopts a scientific approach to study and analyze road safety challenges. Then we use technology interface to deliver robust and optimal solutions.

IP assesses all its centers of operations for workplace hazards in a timely manner. As part of our awareness program, we make use of a Safety Escalation Matrix to educate our workforce. Additionally, we carry out electrical audits, warehouse patrols, mock drills and draw up monthly fire, electrical and other requisite safety reports at regular intervals. Fire Balls are provided at every site.
